Charizard is badass. What could be cooler than a fire dragon?
But there is one thing - it is that a lot of gen1 pokemon are just toony animals with unusual color. And charizard is one of these. It looks just like any other standard fantasy dragon, just orange and with flaming tail (which is quite grat actually). And it is not even a dragon type actually. But, anyway, I still like Charizard - it may be just a dragon, which is not a dragon, but even pseudo-dragons are awesome.
